Phase III of construction of the University Center for the Arts (UCA), is a state-of-the-art center that will bring the University's performing and visual arts programs together, is underway and has a price tag of alomst $44 million of which $30 million will come from a student-voted facilities fees. This phase will house 32 new music practice rooms, the University Dance Theatre and all new dance classrooms, rehearsal and performance sapces, an organ recital hall, and the new University Art Museum.
